As a traditional psychotherapist, I am trained in all forms of psychotherapy to fully understand the depth of your subconscious mind, behaviors, and experiences.
Yet when I was sitting with clients, I felt a large gap in getting to fully understand who they were in true essence, regardless of their presenting problems or labeled diagnosis. By simply reviewing their developmental history and having 1:1 conversations, I was able to gather the necessary data to make a diagnosis and provide therapeutic modalities, but I was still left wondering,
